Our team will be constantly working behind-the-scenes to create the best event possible at SHARE Phoenix. SHARE On-site Assistance is a valuable tool that allows you to connect with staff via text to get answers to any of your questions while attending the event and ask for help.
To access these features, make sure you provide your mobile number during the registration process. You can also sign up via the form below if you did not do so during registration.

How to Sign Up
No app required! With SHARE On-site Assistance, you do not have to download anything to your phone. The sign-up process is quick, easy and your contact information will remain confidential and will not be distributed to anyone.
During the online registration process, you will see a text field preceded with "Mobile Phone." Provide your mobile phone number in the field and you will be signed up for SHARE On-site Assistance for Phoenix.

Should something come up, you can reply to any text messages from SHARE Phoenix and be immediately connected with on-site staff. A team member will respond via text message, just like this (note: your contact info is confidential and not shared with them):

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q: How much does this service cost?
A: The service is free to use; however, because SHARE On-site Assistance leverages SMS text messages, message and data rates may apply from your mobile phone provider. If you have an international phone number, international SMS Text Message rates may apply.
Q: What do you do with my mobile phone number?
A: We take privacy and your contact info seriously. By opting into this service, your mobile phone number will be used for the sole purpose of sending and receiving SMS text messages to collect real-time feedback during SHARE Phoenix (March 10-15, 2019). Your contact info will not be used in any other way or distributed to a third party.
Q: Can I opt out?
A: You may opt out of the service at any time by taking the following steps:
- Click on a link in any of the messages sent by SHARE to your phone via SMS
- Tap to open the link
- Once the link destination is open, scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "Update Notification Settings"
- Select "Opt Out of All Future Messages" to no longer receive communications
