Registration Categories

Full Event – Individual*

Member: Individual registrations include full access to the SHARE event, starting with the first reception on Sunday evening and ending Friday afternoon.

Non-Member: Individual registrations include full access to the SHARE event, starting with the first reception on Sunday evening and ending Friday afternoon. Non-member registration also includes a SHARE corporate membership.

Speaker: Registrations are available to individuals who are speaking and wish to attend the remainder of the week. This option includes full access to the SHARE event, starting with the first reception on Sunday evening and ending Friday afternoon.

Faculty: Academic faculty are eligible to register for as low as $960 for the week or $360 for a one-day pass. Academic faculty must submit a copy of a valid faculty ID. 

Student: Full-time students are eligible to register for as low as $360 for the week or $120 for a one-day pass. Students must fax or scan a copy of their current class schedule showing 12 or more credit hours and a valid student ID card.

Full Event – Group*

Passport to Education: This bundle of five, full-event Member individual registrations is good for two years from the date of purchase, and can be used for all events brought to you by SHARE. This program is non-refundable. Please contact SHARE Association at 888-574-2735 for details.

Company Badges: Company badges may be purchased by a Member company that wishes to send multiple staff members from the same organization to attend sessions throughout the week. This badge type includes full access to the SHARE event. Only one individual may use the badge at a time. Specific pick-up/drop-off instructions for the company badge should be arranged among your group prior to arrival. Event add-ons are not included.

Single-Day – Individual

One-Day Badges: This option is available to both members and non-members. These badges are non-refundable and cannot be purchased for more than two days of attendance at the SHARE event.

SHARE Academy: SHARE Academy offers a full day of education to kick off the SHARE event week and is designed for attendees to immerse themselves in one, specific topic area. (Note: SHARE Academy is also available as an add-on to individual full week registrations.)

Event Add-ons

Guest Passes: Include a continental breakfast Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., and entrance to the evening receptions. Each pass costs $120 and is non-refundable. Guest passes may be purchased by full-event attendees only. Guests must be 21 or over to attend the evening receptions.

Exhibitors

Exhibit Booth Staff Only: As an exhibitor, companies receive (4) complimentary exhibitor badges per 10’x10’ booth space. Attendees with Exhibit Booth Staff Only badges will not be able to attended Technical Sessions. This registration type is only applicable to registered exhibitors.

Additional Booth Staff Passes: Additional booth staff only passes can be purchased for $240 each. Attendees with Exhibit Booth Staff Only badges will not be able to attended Technical Sessions. This registration type is only applicable to registered exhibitors.

Exhibitor – Full Conference Upgrade: As an exhibitor, companies receive (1) upgrade to a full a conference badge at a discounted rate of $1,380 per 10’ x 10’ booth space. This registration type is only applicable to registered exhibitors. Additional Full Conference passes can be purchased at the standard attendee rate.

Policies and Additional Information

Registration Deadlines: In order to qualify for early registration rates, registration forms and payment must arrive at SHARE Headquarters or be postmarked on or before January 25, 2019. Advance registration (mailed or faxed forms) ends January 25, 2019. Forms received after January 25, 2019 will not be processed and attendees will be required to register online or on-site. On-site registration fees are those fees reflected as the regular rate and will be available for all registration types. Replacement badges will be issued for a fee per badge and are non-refundable.

Payment Information: There are no pre-registered / non-paid registrations. Please do not mail forms and payment separately. Credit card payments will be posted to your account upon receipt of your registration. A single check may be used for more than one registrant; however, all forms MUST be included with the check. Payment must be received before a badge can be issued.

Cancellation Policies: All registration cancellations must be made in writing via mail, fax or email. Should you need to cancel your event registration, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Receive a refund minus a $200 (USD) administration fee if your cancellation is received or postmarked on or before January 25, 2019. Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after the SHARE event concludes. Guest registration or onsite event registration is non-refundable.  
  • Transfer your registration to SHARE's 2019 Summer event at no additional charge. All requests for transfer must be received no later than January 25, 2019.
  • Substitute an alternate participant at no additional charge. Arrangements for substitution must be made with SHARE Association no later than March 10, 2019.

Guest registration or on-site event registration is non-refundable.

Confirmations: Confirmations will be sent via email upon receipt of registration form and payment.

By participating at the SHARE event you acknowledge that you may be photographed, videotaped, or audiotaped in connection with SHARE activities. By submitting this registration form, you agree that SHARE is the sole owner of all rights in and to the resulting photographs, video footage, and recordings, for all purposes relating to SHARE’s business. Your name and likeness may be used by SHARE in advertising and promotional materials. Participants shall receive no compensation for their appearance in any materials.
